Welcome to Grow! My name is Jake and I am a licensed independent social worker. First and foremost, I want to commend you for taking the first step in exploring bettering your mental health. The first step is often the hardest, but I assure you it will be worth it! My goal is to create an environment you feel safe and supported in, in order to explore everything that is going on in your life and what you would like to see change.
